MS. S | Columbia SC Boudoir Photoshoot | " I felt like a MODEL!"

1) What made you want to do this photoshoot?

I’d wanted to have boudoir photos done prior to my wedding in 2016, but time and money kept me from doing it then. I’m SO glad I decided that timing doesn’t matter!

2) Before your photography session with Fatima, how did you feel? & After your photoshoot with Fatima, how did you feel?

I was excited and slightly anxious. After my make up I was less anxious because Autumn did such an amazing job that I knew I wouldn’t be worried about my face in the photos. After my photoshoot I was so happy and even more excited bc I couldn’t WAIT to see my photos. I had so much fun and knew that would show on my face on my face.

3) What did you think of your images when you saw them at the end? :)

I knew they would look great but OMG I truly look stunning. I couldn’t believe that was me when I saw them! Fatima captured images that are exactly how I wish I always looked!

5) What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

I’m not super self conscious, but the parts of my body that I do dislike, actually turned out to be some of the better parts in some of these photos. To sum it up shortly- I feel like MODEL when I look at these images.

4) What was your FAVORITE part of the experience?

ALL OF IT! Loved getting my make up done, LOVED doing the shoot and wardrobe changes (thanks for help with my outfits by the way haha), and of course picking my images and finally- showing them to my husband!

6) When making this decision, what made me ultimately choose Fatima as my photographer was ______________.

Seeing the previous boudoir shoots she’s done, her before and afters and ultimately the quality of her work. The images, while revealing, don’t come across as trashy but so classy and that was really important to me with this type of shoot.

7) What would you tell a friend who is looking for someone to photograph them?
