Top Sales Advice: The Way You Feel About It, Is How You Will Sell It

"How you feel about it is how you will sell it"

This has been the most solid piece of business/sales advice I have ever gotten. Yet it's one of those things that are so simple, that you often overlook it.

I've been in business for going on 4 years - and throughout those 4 years, it has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions and results. 

My biggest problem was settling on how I wanted to run my business, and then chasing after that. I've tried so many different tricks and techinques and if you're like me, you know what I'm talking about.

You run from one guru to the next. From one webinar promising to show you how to automate everything, to the other one telling you that the real money lies in growing your e-mail list.
You are bombarded with techiniques and ideas, but you're so overwhelmed you never settle on one thing.

But what I've learned this whole time is just - to choose something that you LOVE. It doesn't have to be the perfect way - it just has to be A WAY, that you feel good about.

For example, my price list has changed approx. 1234214 times over the past four years. I went to just selling a la carte images for $25 to $1200 Folio Boxes, that honestly I didn't really love. It looked like an old woman product. But I thought this was the only way.

Are you like that? Caught up on how you *think* you should run your business. This guru says focus on THIS. The other one says do THIS. And you just follow the herd, because you think this is the only way.

I'm here to tell you that having real success in your business lies in creating something you LOVE and feel good about, because however you feel about it is how you will sell it.

When I didn't love those old grandma folio boxes, I barely talked about them. Never really showed them online. Barely pushed them. 

When I sold digital images for $25 people would pick several like they pick .25 cent candy at an old liquor store - but I never saw more than 1 image posted online. The value just wasn't there. Since they were so cheap, people were entcied to buy as much as they wanted - but it wasn't felt like artwork they were proud to show off.

Now fast forward to now. I have an a la carte pricelist with 3 of my favorite products! Image Boxes, Album & Wall Art in 3 different styles: canvas, acrylic and lustre. Acrylic is my favorite because it is BEAUTIFUL!!

I adore these image boxes because they are sleek, chic and high end! And the albums literally look like magazine spreads! I would die to come home and have that album sitting on my desk somewhere and flip through to be reminded of my beauty at a moment's notice! 

And then I have ETC items such as the most wanted Digital Collection and a beautiful, chic finished framed golden storyboard - showcasing the Top 3 images in a beautiful gold frame! 

As you read my words - you can FEEL the energy behind them. You need to find what in your business THRILLS you to this point! And do that. 

As you feel my energy this is 10000% how I will sell it - because I am so EXCITED. Now, its not about the numbers, trying to convince someone to spend a certain amount with me, or pushing a product I don't really love - because I think it is the only way to make a profit. 

It's about creating a product that I am so in love with it sells itself from my sheer excitement.
